Overview
Back in 2023, As BluSmart set to operate in international market i.e Dubai (UAE)

There were less early adopter of BluSmart and in order to create demand and retain user we ideated and came up with refer and earn program

As a designer, I was required to design the entire refer and earn program which can help us to gain new users and retain them at the same time

After competitive benchmarking, we ideated on the feature and prepared journey and initial designs
Ideation Referral Program
Referring a Friend (Referer Journey)
Referer will be informed about steps to referring a new user, what are the benefit and FAQs
To get started referrer need to invite one user from landing page and then they can access the further flow
Refer section will be again emphasis first on rewards and then list of contact to invite them
Dashboard will show the rewards earned and potential benefits based on contacts
New User (Invited User Journey)
Invited user gets reward on each ride till 5th ride
After taking five ride an invitee will become a referrer

Touchpoints for Referral Program
- New header video to inform users about this program and get them experience this feature
- Bottom sheet with 2-3 time appearance through tout the lifetime of the user
Landing page for Referral Program
- Main emphasis stays on reward and it will motivate the users to start referring users
- Then, we explain how it works since the reward is credited upon successful referral
- Further added more about reward and general FAQs
- Post sharing an invite from here the user will be able to go ahead inside
Track referrals and Invite more people
- refer tab deals with sending invites to new users
- dashboard tab gives user insights on their rewards on invites shared and successful referrals
- the common thing in these two screens is link sharing button so that user can manually share link with people
Reward Credited!
- After getting a successful referral that is after the invitee has taken their 1st ride, referer will be duly rewarded with some reward
- and if the same invitee took their 5th ride, referer will get bonus reward
- another bonus reward will be given to the user when they successfully invite 5 people and they take their 1st ride

- Stepper for showing user their progress in 5 rides journey
